CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Exceptions may be made for emergencies such as accidents, illness, or family bereavement. • After a certain amount of missed appointments, clients will be accepted on a walk-in basis only. • A fee may be applied at the stylist's discretion.
